Refund policy

We have a 48 hour return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item is damaged or incorrect, provide an unpacking video so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly. 

All concerns regarding damaged or defective items must be reported within 1 day of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period, or without a video, will not be eligible for return or exchange.

REFUND
We do not offer refunds on orders. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
Any purchase can be exchanged for a different size. In case the size is not available, we shall provide you a store credit valid for three months. You can see our size chart which is unique to each style before making a purchase. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

No exchange and refund on discounted items. Wear To Next team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
