Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
Any purchase can be exchanged for a different size. In case the size is not available, we shall provide you a store credit valid for three months.
What is your return policy?
We have a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any purchase can only be exchanged for a different size.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping charges are borne by the customer, except in cases where you received a damaged or defective item.
How long does it take to process a refund?
We do not offer refunds on orders. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items.
Where do I ship the return to?
Once you initiate a return, we'll share our return address with you via email. Please don't ship anything without confirming with us first.
What if the size I want for exchange is out of stock?
If your preferred size isn't available, we can issue store credit that you can use later or for another product.
Will I get a refund for the original shipping charges?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item).
How will I know my return was received?
We'll send you an email confirmation once your return package arrives at our facility and again when your refund/exchange is processed.
