Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the size doesn't work out. The item must be unused, unwashed, and with tags attached.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition with tags. Returns are not applicable on sale items or innerwear.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping charges are borne by the customer, except in cases where you received a damaged or defective item.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 2-3 business days), your refund will be processed. It may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
Where do I ship the return to?
Once you initiate a return, we'll share our return address with you via email. Please don't ship anything without confirming with us first.
What if the size I want for exchange is out of stock?
If your preferred size isn't available, we can either process a refund or issue store credit that you can use later or for another product.

For size exchanges, you'll need to cover the shipping cost to send the item back to us. We'll ship the new size to you for free within India.
